Quality Solutions, Inc. releases the book publishing industry's first Title Management application, coining the phrase “Title Management.”

Firebrand Technologies acquires NetGalley LLC. Both remain separate legal entities with Fran Toolan serving as CEO of both.

Firebrand Technologies and NetGalley LLC are acquired by Media Do International, the US subsidiary of Media Do Co., Ltd. creating the foundation for Media Do International's inaugural Publishing Services Business Line.

London-based Supadu Ltd is acquired by Media Do International, joining Firebrand Technologies and NetGalley LLC in rounding out Media Do International's solidifying Publisher Services Business Line.
