Webinars
Firebrand Technologies hosts webinars on important topics at different times throughout the year. These webinars, free and available to all Firebrand Technologies clients, delve into the functionality of the Title Management application, practical advice on metadata management, and more. Monthly Office Hours
Join Firebrand Technologies on the last Tuesday of every month for a 1-hour office hours session. A portion of the hour will be dedicated to a specific discussion or training topic, but the time is really for you. Ask questions, chat with industry peers, get advice, submit a book for a metadata makeover, and more! Register here.

Speaking of the AskBurnie portal, Firebrand Technologies’ documentation site contains detailed application documentation, how-to articles, helpful tips, and answers to common questions. The AskBurnie support portal can be accessed from your Title Management application under Help | Online Help.
Customized Training
Every Firebrand Technologies client needs customized training from time to time. Examples include:
- When seasoned team members who know Firebrand Technologies’ systems have left the company.
- When new team members come on board and need to get up to speed quickly.
- When it’s time to expand the use of Title Management and you need to see the system’s features in action.
- When you just need refresher training to make sure everyone is getting the most out of the system and utilizing the functionality in the most efficient ways.
Whatever your needs, we are happy to provide training sessions that will help your team succeed.
Don’t forget, many common training topics are covered in the AskBurnie support portal, which can be accessed from your Title Management application under Help | Online Help. That is especially helpful for new user training (see the Getting Started section) and general overviews of specific system functionality.
Training Costs
Most training sessions are part of the general support we provide at Firebrand Technologies and are provided at no additional cost. Longer training sessions and onsite training are billed at our standard training rates (plus travel expenses). A quote will be provided before the training begins.
